Our storage facility is located at 16617 Kuykendahl Road in Houston, Texas 77068. Look for us near the communities of Pecan Forest, Nantucket Square, and Estates of Northgate Forest. What does it mean to have a resident manager?


A resident manager is just one of the many ways we keep you and your belongings safe during their time on our property. Resident management means that our manager actually lives on the property in an apartment, providing the facility with a set of watchful eyes, even during non-operational hours. With a resident manager, suspicious activity gets reported right away, rather than in the morning when our employees come in. It also means that our manager is always around to assist you in getting the most out of your moving day.


What other security features does Keep Self Storage utilize?


In addition to a resident manager, our facility features many up-to-date security measures, including perimeter fencing, 24-hour video recording, and monitoring during our business hours. We also have electronically controlled gates to ensure that only our tenants are on the property at any given time. If you have any concerns, please speak with our manager.


Will you meet and beat competitors’ pricing?


Absolutely. If you bring in our competitors’ advertisements or coupons, we’ll meet and beat their price, ensuring that you’re getting the most affordable solution to your needs. This is only applicable to competitors within a 3-mile radius, so ask our team if you have any questions.


What is climate control and do I need it?


Climate-controlled storage units offer you the best protection for your belongings during long term storage. These units maintain a constant temperature throughout the year, keeping your items from warping or being exposed to humidity changes. We recommend these units for anything that you wouldn’t normally store in an outdoor space, like furniture, books, antiques, or other pieces that are susceptible to moisture or temperature change. Ask our team if you have any questions.


What are your office hours?


We’re here to serve you six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Stop by between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed Sunday.


What are your access hours?


We offer extended access hours seven days a week, making it easy to get to your unit on your own time. These hours run between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. every day of the week, so come by when it works best for your schedule.


How can I pay my bill?


We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards and money orders. You can also simplify the process by signing up for our online bill pay program and pay your bill from anywhere with an internet connection. Never make a trip over to our office again! Instead just pay from the couch.
